Apartment Complex Flooding

SERVPRO of Galveston Island / Lake Jackson received a call from this commercial customer, when their apartment complex was flooded. Overhead fire sprinklers went off on the 3^rd floor. The water from the overhead sprinklers caused damage to all three floors of units and approximately 70,000 square feet of residential rental units were affected. The team at SERVPRO of Galveston Island / Lake Jackson worked to remove standing water, and dried the property, which significantly reduced the loss of property for the residents and the customer. Special drying equipment was used to quickly restore the property to it's preloss condition, "Like it never even happened," so the residents could get back to their busy lives.
